Commercial Usage
+Use of my work is generally fine for streaming, social media, personal & private use.
HOWEVER, unless specifically negotiated before finalizing order, please refrain from using my art for selling merchandise, prints, album/ games, or any other form of profitable physical/digital product.
+ I retain rights to all art made during the process and may use it for commercial purposes. This includes but is not limited to publishing the work on my socials, use in my portfolio, selling prints, etc. (unless negotiated otherwise with client)
+ Heavy editing, copying or tracing is not
permitted.
+ NFT (Non Fungible Token) minting or Al generation use is Strictly Prohibited.
Payment & info
+ Payment must be received up front before starting on any project. Partial payments can be negotiated on large orders. Pricing does not include Paypal processing Fees.
+ Payment is accepted through Paypal (or)
CashApp
+ Heavy corrections and tweaks are limited to 2 per order and should be requested in the rough/ sketch stages if possible.
+ Turn around may vary to ensure quality. Please be patient with me. (Typically 1/3 months) depending on complexity of order.
+ Fee may apply if content is to be held for timed release extending past the typical turn around time.
